Finally – a travel magazine that is committed to profiling EXPERIENCES. With the goal of inspiring people to travel and finding story gems from locals around the world, Greg Sullivan and Joe Diaz are helping to generate increased awareness about the type of travel we have been training operators and industry to develop for over a decade in Canada! This is great news.
These story telling entrepreneurs have been working on their new media dream adventure for a year now and I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with both gents over the past few months as they prepared for their launch. Check out the 3-minute clip of Greg being interviewed by the Advertising Age. And, besides getting great personal travel ideas, I suggest you start to follow their blog as well for they have assembled a team of pros to produce this magazine and if the quality of their website is a hint of what is to come — there will be on-line media and traditional media lessons to be learned for everyone who is committed to experiential travel as a cornerstone to growing their business and destination. I am anxiously awaiting a ‘hard copy’ of the magazine and will let you know what my ‘customer experience is’ once I have had a thorough read! Stay tuned.
